Bite The Hand #3
Bite The Hand #3
Carved from a solid piece of a local linden tree that fell during a wind storm. Finished with linseed oil paint and pure tung oil.
This bowl is part of a mini series called Bite The Hand, where the rim of each bowl is equipped with teeth, insinuating that any hand attempting to offer something for it to hold will be bitten. Vessels don't need to hold anything to be valuable, and they don't need to accept what they are given. Bite the hand.
